I received a text on Feb 23rd stating my car would tentatively be ready on Feb 24th at 4pm. On the 24th I received a msg stating almost done and I would receive there were any delays I would be contacted. I arrived on the 24th to pick up my car and it was not ready. It's not that big a deal other then I had to take an hr of vacation Friday and then again on Monday to pick up the car. What really surprised me was the Maxwell contact did.not walk the car with me. He just said all fixed. Then asked if there was anything in the rental. I said yes my carseat and instead of offering to help he told me to just bring him the keys when I get the car seat out.
