Work was not completed, vehicle will need to be dropped off next week for additional days for work to be completed. Rear vehicle license plate was damaged and paint directly underneath license plate on bumper was damaged, bumper will need further evaluation to see if additional damaged occurred no explanation from body shop as to how these damages were done. The body shop is classified as a Porsche Premier vendor, I think not. Edward Ramon

Gilbert was great updating me but the emails from River Oaks in regards to the status were never accurate. Estimated delivery date was changed 5 times. The receptionist was not very helpful. But the work was GREAT, my car looks brand new.

Although everyone was quite nice and polite, my repair took 3x as long as estimated. The repair was "finished" on July 3rd, but the window was wedged in incorrectly and it sounded like nails on a chalkboard to use. The repair was "finished" again later in the month, but the door sensor was left unattached and sitting in my cupholder. Then I complained to GEICO, at which point the ROPB manager decided to care. After I was told the car was done for the 3rd time, the manager checked my car for the first time. He decided it wasn't actually done. Almost 2 weeks later it was finally done. This shop literally had my car for a month. Fortunately, I actually checked the car each time it was "done". I pity the other customers who don't know to do that. They would have been duped from the beginning and potentially driving an incomplete, unsafe car. I will be having another mechanic check my car to ensure that mine is safe, at this point I have zero trust in this company.
