My car seems perfect and back to brand new however I feel it took to long to get it back....I was initially told it would be ready on black friday didnt get it until December 10th, communication could have been better as well! I like the text updates but they weren't ever accurate on timing!

I requested an oil change several times and inquired about it every time I spoke with someone and was assured it would be done. I picked the car up the day after I was called an told it was ready and the oil change never got done.
