****. There is a scratch on the work that was done. I don't think attention was paid to finishing the work.
2. I requested a previous work that was not done right to be re-done but it wasn't. I was asked to wait for another half an hour to have the work done, but I didn't have the time so I left with the shoddy work done. I now have to plan to bring the car in for work to be re-done the second time.

Repair kept getting delayed, one time got a text from u after two delays saying it was finished. Thank goodness my son called because it was not done. When my son picked it up car was missing licence plate and hub cap. He had to return. Then the person there said they will order the hub cap. Not good service.

To be honest I had the worst overall repair experience Because My car wasn't finished right and how I expect it was going to get repair.
I did trust auto body shop with my car at first since my insurance told me that it was a professional body shop but after yesterday when I went to pick up my car. It looked really bad in the way that it had overspray of paint or sealer I'm not sure from what but it looked like a mess and pretty bad job to me, and It was missing parts from underneath where it got painted too.
