Great communication between Charlie, the insurance agency, and myself. Recieving the updates throughout the repair was appreciated. The work and effort put into the repair was satisfactory. Even went the extra mile to detail the vehichle as well. I went to Victor because they were reccomended by my insurance company, but due to the quality of service I would take my vehichle back for any other needs. Thanks Victor Auto Body Works!

I wasn't too happy that the final cost was almost twice the estimate, and I wasn't told that until I picked up the vehicle. I knew there had been extra work done, but I wasn't told the cost. Also, when I first arrived, I waited for a long time, and finally had to ask someone to help me, as no one checked to see if I was being helped.
