The repair wasn't fine correctly the first time. When I asked about it over the phone the person argued saying they saw nothing out of specs. Once he looked again, he realized it was done incorrectly. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't take close attention to what my vehicle looks like or how it's taken care of.

We are very pleased with our experience (this is our second time this year) and repair at Main St. Collision Auto. We do much prefer the South of Coupeville site over the Oak Harbor site, even though it is a bit of a drive for us. We had difficulty scheduling at the Oak Harbor site due to the lack of having an estimator or assistant estimator available to our schedule.
