Cavin's Auto Repair, Llc

Cavins stated that they did not recieved my vehicle until May 20th when payment was processed to cavins by my insurance provider on My 4th. I did not receive the authorization form to realese my vehicle from cavins until the week of May 18th. I was originally given a completion date of 06/12/15 then it was changed to 06/17/15, then to 06/19/15, then to 06/22/15 before being ready on 06/24/15. I called to check on the status as the dates were changing and was given two different progresss reports from Shane and Craig which stated the vehicle was in completely different stages of the process. After I picked up my vehicle on 06/24/15. I identified fingerprint stains on the door panels on the inside of the vehicle, as well as, stains on the seats, broken parts in the back and a 12-14 inches long by one inch or so wide **** carpet stain on the back o the third row seat. I have not been able to complete a thorough inspection of the outside due to the weather, but have noticed a paint blemish on the corner of the hood. I will be contacting managemt as to the stained carpet and lack of cleanliness to the inside of the vehicle and will be contacted the better business bureau as to the service experience.

I was very happy with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was done. I was always aware of the progress. The people were nice and I always felt they were on my side.

Working with Joanie was a delight! She kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. I even was able to see it while it was being repaired. They also got the vehicle repaired early. I would highly recommend them!

Everone we dealt with at Cavins was wonderful. Work was done in the promised time and we were very pleased with the work that was done. I hope we don't have a need to return any time soon but if the need arises I would definitely come back.

I know the work is has a warranty, but I'm not sure if original parts were used or not so I'm not 100 percent certain the work has a lifetime warranty according to what my paper work says. Ken and Glen were both so kind and understanding.
