OMG I must say that I Love the repair job! I've never seen nothing like it. The staff make everything smooth sailing for me. I just want to give a special thanks to Ken for keeping me up to date on everything that was going to be done. I want to thank him for fitting me in the the tight and busy schedule that you guys had already had. And I will most definitely be using you guys again going forward. The truck looks great, the problem I have is that because some Bondo was used on a portion of the repair. I'm concerned that just having some bondo on the truck will further deminish the value of my Toyota. Overall I feel Joni did a great job and kept me completely informed throughout the ordeal.

I'm very pleased with the body work and this is the third car I've had fixed by Cavin's. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the paint on the rear tire and the trunk of the car was cleaned at all after the work was completed. There was also some type of paste on the car where it was fixed, maybe wax or something. The worse part was the trunk. There is all kinds of trash in it. It looked like that part of the car was waxed and nothing else done to the rest of the body. I must say the body work is amazing though!

Complained that they couldn't hook up the fog lights that were working when they received the car. So when I got my car back after a month in the shop. I had to take the grill out and plug them in the right way. They were just plugged in backwards.
