I was very disappointed that it took almost two months to have my vehicle repaired. And two dates of completion were passed. My car looks nice but I will likely go somewhere else in the future, somewhere a little more concerned about time management and deadlines.

Repairs were completed earlier than promised. I especially appreciated the regular updates on the progress of the work. Although there was a bit of a wait to bring the car in, it was well worth the wait. We have had work done at Cavins previous to this and have never been disappointed.

The driver side seat belt doesn't work at all, every time I drive I feel like my life is in danger. The smell of gas in the cabin is overwhelming! If I drive more than a few mile I become light headed, and start to become concerned about the possibility of a future accident. I will be in contact with my insurance company because I am extremely unsatisfaied with my service. All that said, my service representative was excellent.
