The rear bumper for my 2019 RAV4 was back ordered for much longer than anticipated. My car was just sitting idle after drop off. I ended up having to pay for 12 days of car rental costing >$600. In such cases, I suggest that customers should be allowed to get their cars back for use and then notified when the part has arrived so they can drop off again.

I'm totally disappointed with the way my car was returned to me. The stick shift knob was broken, the roof of my car had light scratches and one long light scratch on the left side of the hood.the engine and engine compartment was covered with this gray powder and the was returned to me undealed.I almost forgot to include the driver seat was slightly damaged.

The replacement of bumper was good, but there are three areas of the car that were damaged while in the shop. On the trunk door there’s a spot where the paint was compromised. The right rear view mirror around the black frame there’s a white/grayish mark. On the back side of the mirror the paint was compromised. On the front left side of the car directly above the tire there are two scratch marks.
