Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville refered Autowerks Northwest for the repair of my vehicle and as far as the cosmetic repairs.... I'm amazed! My car looks like new. However it looks like the two items/concerns that I pointed out at the beginning didn't get taken care of.... first, the hood needs to be slammed shut in order to get rid of the warning light ( my car looks like new and I don't want to have to do that, I didn't have to do it before) and second, the car makes a loud noise like the radiator fan is scraping against something. I don't know if it is safe to drive it.

Contacted the consultant, Michael; he was to check that's the case, but never call back and went HOME before closing hour! Had to call back before closing hour to work out the fix. Such poor professionalism!
Please fix what was in the paid work order!

My car was in the shop for 30 days. That is unacceptable. I don't care if there's a snowstorm four months ago. You should've never had my car come in until you have the parts ready in the labor ready to go on it I'm sure it' set in your garage for at least two weeks. I'm extremely dissatisfied I'm going to yelp about it and I'm going to go on Nextdoor about it Until my $250 are refunded for the auto Mobile car I had to rent path the 20 day allotment. **** ****!
