They were replacing my resonator on my exhaust and asked them to replace the muffler as well and said they would put together a quote and call me and they did not provide one at all nor recieve a call. Just replaced the resonator and said it was done.

I think the people at Stevens ford were friendly and professional and that they delivered quality work within the time frame discussed. The daily progress text was great in making me not feel like my vehicle had gone into a black hole....surprising to me as this was my first time using them, it was actually a pleasant experience! I would recommend them to anyone I know and if I ever need body work / service again, they will be my first choice !
