Thank you for making my car look so good again! I also appreciated the daily communication. I am surprised that there was no real communication at time of pickup. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with auto repair, and usually when I pick up my car there is some explanation or overview of what work was done, and a chance to ask questions.
