Estimate process was quick, work was done in two days and looked great.

Every one was very friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and make suggestions. Especially liked the update and progress text messages!! Very flexible with setting time of appointments!

I am 98% satisfied with the work, in fact, I'd say I'm extremely impressed. The minor issue I had was that the weather stripping for my trunk was misaligned (I'm not sure if it was taken off and put back on or if there was some other reason for it). The misalignment caused my door light to remain on even though I opened and shut the doors and the trunk. It also caused my lock button on my key fob to not work. After getting over the initial fear that a door would swing open at anytime, I figured it was a bad sensor or something. It wasn't until I went into the trunk to do something that I realised the trunk didn't look like it fully aligned with the rest of the car when closed. I opened the trunk and looked for the culprit, finding the weather-stripping off the track in a spot. I put it back on, and the trunk closed more but not fully and as it was night, I waited until the next morning. The next morning I was able to see it better and realign the weather-stripping fully. At which point the door light and key fob worked properly. It’s a minor detail, due to the simplicity of the fix, but one that perhaps can be avoided in the future. During this situation, your staff was very willing to help identify and fix it (I was just unavailable). I will definitely recommend Joe Hudson to others and I will definitely use you in the future.

Everyone was polight. Work was done in a timely manner and done when I was told it would be. I really liked being emailed or sent a text telling me were the progress was on my SUV. I am very very happy with the work. And would recommend you guys to others.

Repairs were quick and the work was very well done. It's very hard to tell anything even happened to my car.
