One of the best customer service experiences I've had with ANY company in a long time. Scott and all the associates were very professional and pleasant. I will not go anywhere other than John Harris for my collision repair needs in the future. They have the nicest customer lobby and I found it very convenient that they have a Hertz rental car associate on site. The Hertz guys were just as professional and friendly. My repairs were completed in less than two days. The work was top notch. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it had been detailed. My vehicle hasn't looked so good. They washed it sure, but they CLEANED THE WHEELS. I Barely recognized it. Really appreciate a company that works so hard to make their customer happy. John Harris gets it!! Thank you!!
