The vehicle appeared to have been mostly vacuumed but the back cargo area is completely coated in some sort of dust or residue from the repair. Also, there was someone’s fake eyelashes in the driver’s floorboard which I imagine came from the vacuum used. If nothing else, it gave me a good laugh. Otherwise, the vehicle looks great and we appreciate the great communication regarding the status, etc.

The team in front office were very friendly. The repairs looked great and I was amazed how well paint matched up. I appreciated the little extra work done on trunk lid. Although it was nit part of repair and was not actually painted someone took time to root out the dent. Cleanup after the repairs looked good.
Overall experience was great.
