The body shop side of things were good, they led me to believe the car would be done on a certain day, but got it finished much earlier. The rental car was entirely too expensive. Dropping the car off after 3 days still cost as much as renting it for a week, I felt robbed by Hertz.

Dropping my car off for repairs was so simple. They walk you through every step of the way. The car rental met me there and I dropped the rental car back off there. John Harris Body Shop texted me every step and kept me updated. They were friendly and quick. I would never hesitate to go back. I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE, THE ATTITUDE LOVE THEY SHOW YOU WHEN YOU GET THERE THE SMILE. IT WAS NOT A fake one BUT IT WAS GENUINE VERY MUCH SOOO. They ask you are you alright from the accident. They really check your car out and let you know that they have to order a knew door because that one cannot be fixed at all. They keep you up to date about everything and approximately when they will get the part, and when they get the part. Also approximately when the car will be ready. Scott VERY VERY KIND ALSO THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. As they fix one thing they text you and let you know what part has been completed, then the next one they let you know that part is completed. Our car they said would be ready one but it WAS FINISHED BEFORE THEN. WE REALLY APPRECIATE AND RECOMMEND JOHN HARRIS BODY SHOP TO EVERYONE, YOU REALLY ENJOY COMING. AND OUR CAR LOOKED JUST LIKE NEW CLEAN INSIDE AS WELL AS OUTSIDE. WE JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH GOD BLESS!!!
