So wonderful. Really nice and very helpful. Especially bc they knew I needed to have my car finished to pick my children up at a certain time. However, when I would call Tia so about the status of my vehicle or even when we were trying to schedule installation, the switchboard staff was difficult. Dropping calls, putting me on hold for minutes at a time and never returning calls.
