Newly repaired bumper very noticeably different color/sheen from rest of car. Previous paint job also looked much different from the rest of car paint and sheen after about 3 weeks. Thought there would be some way to blend it into the rest of the car to make it less noticeable. Otherwise OK

The repair took longer than told. The painting had to be redon after getting glue from rear window on new paint. The vehicle went in to get door damage repaired and even though the repair ultimately looked good, my vehicle came out with tint on three of the windows scratched up. The headliner support bracket was hanging loose, trim around wheel well was loose and the harness cables were left disconnected from tow hitch. We were supposed to get a call about how the tint was going to be repaired today, but no phone call was received. So, no, not satisfied. Everything except for the tint has been fixed to my satisfaction, but still waiting to for that phone call regarding the tint damage.

The repair work that was completed appears to be very well done. No complaints about the quality. Time is $$$. I was told 2 days, 3 max. Based on that info I requested an appointment to start the work. I received a text update that the repairs started on my car on day 3. If there had been communication from **** that they had been short handed and would not be able to start I would have rescheduled. Their delay cost us $330 in a rental vehicle because of a previously schedule trip out of state.
