They were awesome to work with, took my car to get looked at they got me in that day got me a rental had my car back the next day! They were going to wait for me after they closed to pick up my car and they even washed it and detailed the inside for me! I highly recommend!

Here's my reply: I'm so disappointed with the service that was supposed to be done on my truck. From extra adhesive glue under the panel of my freshly painted door(while leaving the panel in an off color. Not matching) I had on fog light that was flush with the frame while the other fog light was 2 inches away from the frame. More (extra) glue around the headlights and left blue wrapping plastic on it that needed to get taken off. On the side of my truck where they put the very small trim was left over. I had to get them to cut the extra length off. The steering of my truck is way tighter than how it was prior. Almost driving as if it doesn't have any power steering in it( we checked and it did). I have 2 different headlights. Which (doesn't match) is VERY noticeable. I asked the guy about at least matching them and he told me that they don't have anything to clean it off or scrap off a layer of the headlight. I replied,can't you at least match them. He said that that was a new headlight compared to my 2004 light and that's why they don't match. I really don't care. They should match period. After talking to this guy more about the issues involving my truck he told me that they just replaced tires and didn't do a wheel alignment. I replied excuse me you didn't do the alignment, he said no. I told him the tire was completely ripped off. Why not? Then this other guy named Robert said that they should've done it because it was quoted in the estimate. Now I'm confused about any of the stuff they say they replaced or fixed. Come to find out, this guy I was talking to the whole time was the Manager of the place. I was in total shock that a manager of an establishment would send any vehicle out looking the way it did or not even knowing what was going on with my truck. He's telling me that they put all new parts on my truck. I know that they didn't because I have the paperwork from the Salvage yard that they got the part from to go on my truck. I'm just disappointed with the work that was done with my truck. I thought that when a vehicle went into a body shop, that when it comes out you couldn't ever tell it went in. I was completely WRONG.

Key Collison made good by me best they could considering there was some additional cosmetic damage done in the weeks the insurance company towed my truck all over creation.
