Well you’ve worked on my car three times and I’ve been happy each time- heck headed right over and called my insurance from your parking lot 20min after my last accident. Over all quite satisfied just hope I never have to use your services again!

Paola shared that your staff is unable to call USAA if you have questions about the customer's claim. She asked me to have USAA call her. Her request seemed odd because how are you able to conduct business with USAA if your reps aren't allowed to call USAA themselves. When I spoke with a USAA representative he explained that was not true and approx. 70% of their calls are from Collison Centers. You need to make sure your reps feel comfortable reaching out to any motor vehicle insurance company it's awkward to have the customer call USAA to request they call you for any questions or concerns.
Paola did provide excellent service before and after my repair.

My main issue was, first i was told that it would be 3 weeks before I could bring my car in which was fine. after being told that it would take about a week I called after 8 days to see if it was done and was told that the just got it in the garage to get started. I was then given a "done date" of may 5th. I called the day before again and was told it hadnt been painted and they had to order a part and wouldn't be done until the following wednesday or
friday. I called again that week and was told that it should be ready monday the 15th. On monday they said they had to order another part(taillight, i think) so wednesday it would be ready.....wednesday came and i was told that it was all put together but the had to get another tsillight because the other was cracked. She said she would call when it was done...all they had to do was put the tail light on. By ****:30 i still had heard nothing so I called again they went and checked and said it was just about to go into detailing and I could pick it up by 3:30. A one week job ended up taking 3 ****/2 weeks(after waiting 3 weeks to get it in) and every time I had to call to find out status instead of you calling me. I really felt that my car was put on the back burner and communication was horrible
