David was very helpful and attentive. I had a pleasant experience. The only suggestion I have is that the automated text messaging system be updated to reflect what's actually happening, it said that I had picked my car up before I had actually picked it up and the status didn't change once my car was ready to be picked up.

None i shared my thoughts and dissatisfaction with Mark already, i just hope the smell in my vehicle goes back to normal and the body work looks as it was prior to damages. Also it's very upsetting that i spent 300 on "Zerorez" to come out and clean my vehicle interior just weeks prior to entering your shop and coming out smelling like acetone.
