Daa Auto Body took care of the insurance process and paperwork Their waiting room is clean and inviting, the staff was polite, professional, and concerned about my needs. The craftsmen in the back work magic. It took awhile to repair, but the result of their efforts is one completely satisfied customer. I will recommend them to anyone needing collision repair

I think it was pretty good. the only thing is that i didnt get any more texts or notification from daa about my car being late or the status if it after the last notice. I kinda felt slighted by that. my insurance agent notified me eventually but daa didnt... so that could make someone feel like the **** was dropped by daa...when maybe it was my agent????? not sure who.
