I thought the work could have been better. I have always taken my vehicles to LHM to have my body work done and the work always exceeded my expectations. This time I was a little disappointed with the finished product.

I feel the courtesy car service should be available for all hours the business is open. I found out that it isn't available for all hours. This was discussed with an employee there.

Bumper crooked, rear tail gate latch catches, some one punctured / scratched the driver's side seat back. Wind noise that started after accident was not corrected. Item they stated causing wind noise was there pre accident.

Everything was great, the people very helpful and made a bad situation very easy. The only problem I had was- I parked the rental car out on the street because the lot was full and enterprise called later in the day and still did not have the car. I thought they would be notified and could have done it myself. All in all you get an "A"
