TECH WAS TOLD TO CHECK THE WINDOW WASHER RESERVOIR AS IT GOT BROKEN WHEN WE HIT THE DEER. ALSO HE WAS TO FIX THE MUD FLAP. NEITHER OF WHICH WERE FIXED OR EVEN MENTIONED ON THE WORK ORDER. AFTER WE PICKED UP OUR CAR THE COMPUTER SCREEN SHOWED---WASHER FLUID LOW. WE CALLED DONNY BACK IMMEDIATELY AND HE SAID COME BACK TO THE BODY SHOP THE NEXT DAY AT 1PM. WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PART AND THEN WE WOULD HAVE COME BACK AGAIN TO HAVE IT INSTALLED. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF HAVING US MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP. NO ONE LOOKED AT OUR AUTOMOBILE. TO SAY THE LEAST WE ARE VERY UNSATISFIED
