According to your tech . The radiator pump is leaking and before accident it was not. It was not fixed and i am stuck with repairs out of my pocket. Did not do a finish walk through and radiator is missing bolts and is loose as well. Tech told me to take to Toyota to take care of it and that is not the case.!! Very unhappy with service repairs.

Work not complete paint buffed off in several locations to primer where painted no hybrid emblems reinstalled on the car bent chrome trim on top of passenger door 2 pieces on the front end not painted does not match the rest nicks on rear bumper I am very disappointed considering you had my car 22 days and I've had to take it back twice to get overspray removed from the car I let my insurance company know they're supposed to contact you but I haven't heard anything back from you or them yet I would like to get this straightened out but I don't have a lot of faith in your workmanship

Everything is great. The repair was amazing but I just noticed today that my front hood doesn’t stay up any more. I got my front bumper and hood repaired. But other than that I love the work that was done. I only know because I’ve been doing some work on the engine. And the hood always stays up until after my repair.
