The length of time it took was a burden and I paid as much in car rental fees as it cost to repair the car (maybe more). I appreciated updates but ultimately the blower motor wasn't fixed and it took entirely too long considering I had to be preapproved by my insurance and preorder the parts. The repairs were great but the length of time was extremely frustrating.

My answer is really yes, in that the repair was done ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY! So, I fail to say"completely" satisfied, in that from the time I made an appointment with Jerry Seiner to do the repair, it took a full two months to complete it. That is an awfully long time.

I was anything but satisfied they did not do half of the work that was supposed to have done they had it for a month fixed the dent in my car door And the F up other thing They messed it up worse no not happy at all.
