Janel was a dream to work with. She was really top-notch and kind. I would come back to her in a heartbeat, except for this current challenge. My truck is not yet back to what it was when I brought it in.
The sensors still don't work right and now I am being told by Janel, who is relaying this information from her boss, that if I bring it back it might be because of previous damage. If it is found to be previous damage, I will have to pay for the "diagnosis" and repair.
The reason for this hard line is because "we already replaced the $350.00, sensors and labor for free, so. If we find something that was hidden damage due to the rear bumper damage, being damaged on the same RT side, then we could have to charge you..." (From a text)
All I know is that the sensors worked before I brought the truck in to be fixed. I paid close to $2000 to get the bumper repaired, and now the sensors don't work. How would you feel?

Terrible Job, bring my GMC truck to replace the door and side mirror, and the door out square you can hear the wind on the freeway, and the paint my God horrible definitely won’t recommend you guys at all.
