Very unhappy with Roy, and whomever makes the decisions about expediting the service to the vehicles. It took 3 weeks for my truck to be completed which costed me 1200 for a rental car. That is more than my deductible, that is more than what I pay for my monthly car payment with insurance. I had to continuously ask Roy to be attentive to the completion of my vehicle as if he was doing me a favor. At the time of completion and the return of my vehicle I encountered a problem with my rear passenger door not closing properly. Again , Roy brushed off the importance of having it working properly and left the premises and another gentleman had to help me. I'm very dissatisfied with this type of customer service and will find some way to express this to others

Toolbox not reinstalled. Tie down not reinstalled. Drive truck away and discovered I had no rear lights. No brake lights or running lights at all. A serious safety issue. The team failed to reconnect them. They did not reconnect my backup camera either. I also discovered a dent on the opposite side of my truck. Not there when I brought the truck in. The original pictures will show this area was not damaged when the truck was brought to your shop. Please contact me to discuss.
