I'm not satisfied, there was an incident on the I95 the cover closed down and we had to stop on half a road, in addition to this they left poorly painted the bottom and poorly installed lights and the rear that they replaced

Vehicle was picked up on Saturday. Discussed with a Service Agent the Engine light was. Agent advised me to return today in order to a diagnostic check. Also was told headlights would be cleaned as a courtesy when I inquired if the shop did that kind of work. That courtesy was forgotten. When can I have diagnostic check done?

Honesty is the best policy, I strongly suggest that your departments communicate correct information that way they can provide the customer with correct information. I feel that by not providing the correct information to your shop manager it puts him in a bad position since he is the face of your company. I would also strongly suggest to have a talk with the lady's answering the phone, the several times I called not once did they provide an acceptable customer service. They answer the phone as if they were bothered by the customer. Your business has more potential that you think, by making a couple of adjustments to your customer satisfaction and communication I have no doubt that you will notice an increase of new and repeate customers. I picked up my car today and the damage from the accident is fixed as far as I can tell (Front driver side). However, my car has a ding/scratch on the back right passenger side and my front passenger side mirror is damaged. I cleaned the paint of it but is still scratched/damaged. Now I'm also noticing every time I brake my car makes a clicking/grinding noise. I have to wait until next week Monday when I'm off to bring it back to the shop so they can look into it. They are located way south and I live all the way in Hallandale. ??

Car had a dead battery on delivery, and the "Fusion Energi" emblem was not installed on the passenger door lower side. Found the emblem in center console. Will be taking car back week of July 10th. Otherwise everything else was A+
