From beginning to the end, the experience was an amazing. Ralph does an excellent job and the other guy's insurance rep was very pleased with working with Ralph. The autobody crew did a great job and Mike Shiflet is an excellent ****! Another great job all around and excellent experience with your team!

The work was not complete as the plastic protective strip was not on the back bumper. I have to go back next week for the install. But, the email communication was much appreciated even though it was usually only sent once a day. I had to call on Friday to see if my car would be ready, it was not until Monday morning. Minor things. Overall a good experience.
