Took 2 visits to pick up my car. First visit I found several issues with the quality of work and missing items. Second time and taking delivery of the vehicle still had a few issues but after my vehicle was there for 75 days I was ready to take delivery of it even though I was not 100% happy.

The repair on my finder looks good but the time that took was to long and you me said my oil pressure out and your going to fix it but did not fix and let me drive off and about a mile down the road it went out. I call the shop Joe told me to tow truck and hung up after Four hours and Three hundred dollars letter I got my truck home no thanks to Georgetown Collision.

The staff would not return phone calls. The completion date for my vehicle was continually changed, without notice, leaving me to pay the additional rental costs on a vehicle. The additional rental costs well exceeded the deductible. The staff was unprofessional, as such, I would not trust them again.

ZERO communication and could never get a live person on the phone. Had to listen to 3-4 minute spill on how busy you were and were the biggest independent shop on the planet, then voicemail with no call backs. Work was fine, but definitely takes much longer than it should. Growing pains are tough and I get that, but you need to let people know statuses of their vehicles that cost 10’s of thousands of dollars. I would have never known it was ready if I hadn’t gone on the website.

Georgetown Collision did an outstanding job repairing the hail damage on our car. The car looks better than it did when we bought it. They even delivered it to our house in Pflugerville when it was done. They went the extra mile following delivery, as the car would not start. Georgetown Collision came back out and REPLACED THE BATTERY! Not that’s service! Thank you Georgetown Collision!
