Awesome customer service and extreamly awesome job on my car.

Fast service.

I was quoted an exorbitant amount for a simple rim scratch with another company based out of San Benito. When I called my car salesman, he referred me to PDM & Xavier quoted me a much more fair price! I didn’t know PDM did those kinds of repairs, but had worked with them previously to repair a broken lift mechanism on one of the rear windows of my old Tahoe. Both times I was left completely satisfied & happy with the work they’d done, & their turnover rate for repair was fast as well! I was worried this time, about the rim scratch still being visible, but it’s like it was never there! And they offer a much better warranty, than the other pricier place. The ladies at the front were awesome, polite, & helpful as well. Which means a lot because I’ve been to some places where front office staff can be rude, like some car dealerships/doctor’s offices/salon and spas/etc. PDM is a professional & honest place, which can be hard to find sometimes. Should I ever have any other issues with my vehicles, or find friends/relatives in need of body repair help with cars I will gladly refer them to PDM. (And that’s not just because of their referral program, but because they do honest & amazing hard work!!) Being that I have OCD, I examined the rim with a fine tooth comb & couldn’t figure out where the scratch was, just like Xavier had promised. He told me it would be like it was never there, & stayed true to his word. PDM has totally won me over for any future work. Thank you again!!

Since the moment I left my car at the shop I was updated every time there was a part that arrived or if there was still a pending item that was delayed. Once I picked up my car the front desk lady and Xavier were polite and answered all of my questions. Great job guys, keep it up!

Thank you all for taking great care of my car. When I picked it up it was just as I expected, looking like new! With the holiday schedule I was not able to pick up my car during business hours, but thankfully arrangements were made and I was able to pick it up on time. Special thanks to Xavier!!! The hood was marked with some type of marker for previuos damage before repair was done and later that day after i picked up the car i noticed that several marks on car hood were not removed..it looks like graffitty and we tried to remove it but it doesnt come off..i need it removed because those marks were done by pom center staff.

The job was done quickly and effectively. My car was ready in less then two days and looks great. Would definitely return if the need arises.
