I really appreciate the text message updates it really made me feel like I was informed about what was going on with my vehicle. However my alignment was not correct, I would definitely suggest driving the vehicles for a few miles before you give them back this is something that could have easily been caught and corrected. now I have to travel 45 min and be without my car for another day to get the alignment straightened out :-/ definitely something that I shouldn't have to come all the way back for... however your customer service has been excellent otherwise. Overall 8/10

Everything was actually wonderful with their staff. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that part of the lower body of the truck was not completed and also the step rail was pretty flimsy. They said I could come back at anytime to get it fixed. I think maybe next week. When I was driving home I also noticed that my dashboard instruments were not functioning. I called and asked if they may have unplugged something. They advised to bring it back in and they will check it. Besides that the vehicle looks great and they did a wonderful job.
