WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My CRV is 2018 it is just six months old and somebody hit it in the back, when I dropped off the car with this people, Cedric seemed to be professional and I trusted him and this company, after giving me a budget, when they were making the repairs the budget increased three times, but I was happy because I was expecting a wonderful job, after three weeks without my car, when I came to pick up the car I noticed that the painting in the trunk did not match at all with the rest of the car, and they told me they will “fix it” in two days and they did, but they just painted the other two parts in the back of my car, parts with the original painting and that they should not have touched because they were not hit in the accident, just to fool me that it was the same color with the warning by Cedric that the insurance company agreed with the new color, and of course they increased the expenses to the insurance because they spent more painting even it was their fault and their lack of experience matching colors. They painted the parts that they were not supposed to and also they did not assembled properly one of them and they put paint in the logo. Very very very disappointed with the experience with them if I can give them less than 0 I will!!!

Hard time getting payment from ins. Hertz lady gave me keys to car and I said where is it? She said “it’s out there - you’ll find it”!! So when I turned car in she said let me go get mileage on the csr. Where is it? So I told her “It’s out there. You’ll find it!”
