Staff (especially Cedric) very professional and courteous. I especially liked the weekly updates by text on the repair work. The repair work done was superb. Overall, I received excellent customer service. It was very convenient to have Hertz rental cars in the same building. I would definitely recommend Sterling McCall to my friends and would come back myself, if needed.

Y'all were all over me to get my business. But the day I picked up my truck there was no one to show me exactly what you did or talk about warranty or anything. The receptionist just asked me to sign paperwork. I told her to wait so, I could at least go and inspect what had been done. Overall it was a quick turnaround and decent up front communication. But once you had my money and was finished it's as if you didn't want to make eye contact with me.

I don't know how but there is a scratch on new hood with new paint. Sterling McCall needs to recheck everthing ok after the job is done. I'm kind of not very happy that.
