Was not getting accurate info on my repair time line
I was told it would take **** and ****/2 weeks for the repairs
A few days later I got a notice it would take over 2weeks
That was fine then I was told it would be ready May 2nd so I cancelled my appts for the afternoon
Next I was told it would be ready at noon on the 3rd and he would call me when ready, so I changed my morning to after noon
No call and got vm
Finally picked up at 2pm
It would have been no big deal if I had accurate info
Other than that, the car looks great

I was very impressed with everything. Cedric did an awesome job of keeping me updated with any issues. I also loved that I was sent text messages as to percentage completion. I loved that I didn’t have to call to ask how was it going. Cedric was always ahead of me and calling me to give me updates.
