I couldn't drop my car off but the service here was excellent in helping my sister through the process and in keeping me updated consistently. I appreciate your professionalism in managing insurance claims also.

No one told me you were going to be closed this Saturday when I specifically told them my friend could pick my car up for me if it was completely by early Th. We just got back to town tonight at 630 and had emails galore saying they need final payment when I had left a CC # then finally got the VM saying no one would be there on Sat for me to pick it up. So I'm out of luck and a car until Monday.

It would have been nice to pick up my car and have ALL the repairs made. Instead, I had to point out, after driving through an hour of rush hour traffic, that NOTHING was done regarding the damaged front end. This damage was clearly point out and discussed at drop off. And, by the way, I'm not very comforted that you have fully reviewed my car and found ALL the damage. I'm seriously worried something ELSE will be missed if you couldn't even fix the damage that was pointed out and discussed at drop off. So, yeah, I'm thrilled with your work and service. Absolutely thrilled.
