Quality was great. The first week I got daily text updates. When it got closer to the pickup date I got none. I had to call multiple times to find the status. The pickup date got moved from Friday to Monday then Tuesday. I never got an update from Lamettry saying that the date was being moved. Again, I had to call. The car turned out great, I would have liked a call as soon as they found out it would be delayed.

Over six weeks to complete was a lot longer than I expected. The topper waa installed crooked where the rear window is out of alignment. Also the tailgate is out of alignment. Kris mentioned to give it a week to see how things are after I drive it a bit. Also it looks like the tailgate has a dent in it that I didn't recall having before it was dropped off. You can call any time to let me know what to do.
