The level of quality in the repair and customer care was extrodinary. A special thank you to Alice and Doug who were so caring and made us feel like we were the most important people who ever walked through the door of LaMettry's. They said the car would look like it was never in an accident when the work was done, and they were right!

Working with Chris Haagenson was Excellent!!! Even though the car was totaled Chris worked with me to do everything he could to help. I would recommend LaMettry'sas they are Top Notch and Chris was at all times there to help. Also came to pick up the car the battery was dead and need some gas. Still could not get it started so two team members from LaMettry's indicated they would push it into the shop to get warmed up so it would run and then I could pick it up on the 20th of December after work. AMAZING work! Never having been through having body work done before and the extent of all the damage I didn't know what to expect and was nervous. My car looks amazing though!!! You guys did an awesome job!! I was always kept in the loop on the status with texts and calls. Plus the inside of my car was cleaned and it all looked like the day I bought the car! Then as of things couldn't get any better I was told it had a lifetime warranty!! I didn't know that going into it and was impressed they offered a warranty let alone a lifetime one! Everyone was so nice and it was great that in the end I was walked through all that had been done to the car. Thanks guys!!! I will definitely recommend you to friends!!
