Repairs were not properly repaired too many flaws from the repairs on the bumpers to the truck lid not matching up with a visible huge gap! I was also never notified about my car having frame damage I believe you must disclose that information to any client for my family's safety! Customer service is described as:service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible. I did not receive anything like that at Lovegrove their shop manager Steve was completely rude as I showed him the flaws on the repair that was completely visible. Then after talking Antonio another manger he assured me that all Dodges and Chevy's are done in a assembly line and then put together( all cars are made like that) and that's why my car had different gaps and that's why my truck lid was off a bit but he did see the flaw I was talking about compared to Steve! Antonio did offer to try to make things better but at the end he pretty much told me he did not assure me it was going to be fixed! When main autobody was at the commercial st location they had great service and they knew what they were doing! Let's just i will never go back nor will I send family and friends to them. I do believe that if they are working on your car and frame damage is discovered as a owner they should disclose that information. My initial estimate was 700 and once they finished 3,200 with out me even knowing! Crazy because my rear bumper is not even on correctly and my trunk lid is off on one side. Worst service I have ever received!!! Hector M

Our car looks exactly the same as it used to look. We can't even see the repair. I'm sure it must have been difficult to match the paint on a 16-year-old car. Thank you!

It was very fast to get it back. It took a day and was told a week. Jessica was amazing helping me and working everything out with me between the 2 different claims that were going on.

When I found something wrong I took my vehicle back and they quickly fixed the problem
