Everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful and I loved being able to rent my car from Enterprise right from the B & S office. It was a very easy process, especially for a Tesla as I know that they often make it difficult.

The process took to long and my vehicle was damaged by your staff while you were repairing it . Most of the damage was to the rear quarter panels and as if by magic both of my taillights are not working now . Poor communication , poor customer service , the “Owner “ acted as if the damage done to my car was no big deal and that I shouldn’t be upset about the occurrence . I have had 3 previous vehicles repaired at the Hacienda Pleasant shop and they were by far heads and tails much better than this location . I will not be taking my car back to this shop and I will be posting details about what happened on Yelp

Vehicle was not returned on time as promised. Also, technician/mechanic forgot to put the guard that protects rear wheel from rust due to rain. I noticed this issue myself and I was asked to return to service center the same day. Luckily, the part was available in service facility. Otherwise I would have to wait for a few days till the part arrives and my vehicle can be allocated time to work on.
