I have had you guys repair my cars for more than 20 years. I have to have a problem that wasn't resolvedcorrectly. I have seen workers come and go and front office people change but there has been a continuity of doing good work. Sometimes a little expensive but it's Los Gatos. Always have the choice of going elsewhere.

I appreciated that staff kept me apprised of the status of my car every few days. After repairs were finished, I experienced an issue with wind noise on the driver door. Staff were apologetic and asked me to come back so that they could take a look -- 30 minutes later, it was resolved. I'm very happy with the quality of service but even happier with the exceptional level of customer service.
