All of the staff from Mary at the front desk to Bryan to anyone I was in contact with were extremely friendly, professional and a joy to work with. The whole process from getting the estimate and receiving my car back was super smooth. I needed a rental and that was handled by the LaMettry'a staff, which was very helpful. With having a busy schedule, I thought the text message updates were very efficient and a smart busy practice. When I picked up my car, the body work that was done looked great and my car was very clean. I've worked with other auto body places (other than LaMettry's) and this has been my best experience yet. I'll definitely return to LaMettry's, especially the Bloomington location if I need it! Thanks!!

Communication could've been better regarding my car and the difficulties between State Farm insurance. It took my fianc Colleen and going over there to get things straightened out as I had drop my car off and it didn't get touched for a week. If we had known that it wasn't going to be worked on right away we went of dropped it off so quickly. I think getting parts and information ahead of time for your customers would be beneficial. My biggest disappointment was one nicely offered to deliver my car to Eagan only to get a call from the Edina Police Department that my car had been delivered to some other residential home with the keys in it under the mat. Also with a Post-it note letting whoever would've gotten into my car know that the keys were inside. Very disappointed as I have never heard back from anybody regarding this except day of and Brian blamed it on paperwork being taken. I would like to think that I would recommend your company to others but at this time I am not so sure. I have a good friend Dan Mathwig that referred me to your company who works higher up in the auto Mobile industry and has for years. I still need to hear back from your company regarding a broken bezel. Not sure how to make that error on your part never happen again for another customer but this should be something that you definitely should improve on, as let's face it Customer service is the most imporatant for a companies survival these days. I was impressed by the amount of communications that LaMettry's provided during the repair process. Also, when I picked up the car, there were several surprises - such as the tires were cleaned with tire black and the interior was vacuumed. Finally, the repair work provided restored my car to a condition that was better than when I bought it. I am impressed. You've exceeded my expectations. Thanks LaMettry's !!!
