Mr. Andrew Durr was fantastic! In an age where customer service is a dying art, he exceeded my expectations during my repair process. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained, communication was courteous, prompt, and thorough. The initial return to me product did not meet his high quality standard, and he took the time to explain the delay, and went the extra mile to ensure I would be satisfied with my repair, which I was, completely, at delivery.
I will be referring business to the collision center, and Mr. Durr specifically. This is my second business opportunity with the collision center, Patrick and Andrew have made both a pleasant experience in akward times.

The difference in Five Star Collision Center and RCI is like night and day. My wife was recently in an accident and had her vehicle repaired there. My experience there was less than optimal. By contrast, Five Star communicated every step of the way with texts and regular phone calls. Not only that. The repair was completed earlier than expected and my vehicle was returned to me cleaned.
