The customer service is excellent except as follows. The parts that were supposed to ordered as listed in the work order was not replaced in my car, the scratch is still there, and the paint jobs was not good enough to match the original paint of the car. The panel that was detached in the back door was not completely attached because of broken plastic pins, screws, etc. wherein it should be replaced w/brand new pins and screws when you attached the panel back to the door. And also I noticed that my right signal light at the back is not working. The parts are ordered already and will be fixed by 7 December 2015 when I return the car for buffing and paint protection application.
