I noticed recently that the gasket on my passenger door isn’t in properly. Could I please have this fixed?

I have had my car fixed at this location a couple of times now and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else when it comes to auto collision damage. Jadee is very friendly and very helpful. There are few places that I trust working on my vehicle and Higgins is the main one.

Everyone was very helpful and went out of there way to see that everything was done to my satisfaction. Questions and concerns I had were immediately investigated and fixed, even to cleaning my front and rear windows. You couldn't ask for better care. Thank you.

The work itself was done very well, professionally and so forth. I do have one issue where HBP fell short; to wit, I'd asked that some of other, non-accident, areas (scratches mostly) be looked at, perhaps buffed a bit, even indicating that if there's a cost to let me know to decide how to proceed. Never happened. And the car was in the shop for a relatively long period of time (not a problem, I have other transportation) so time wasn't an issue. Additionally, I saw some dings on the car that I didn't recall from when the car was dropped off. They were dismissed as "already there" which may be true however, (a) there had been a walk around at drop off (and they weren't noted) and (b) even if they were (and admittedly, that's quite possibly the case) it would've been nice to have them touched up (or at least have that option). So, on balance: very very good work however not much in the way of going the proverbial extra mile.

Danielle at the front desk is a superstar employee, and you should be happy to have her on your team. The claim process with my insurance left a lot to be desired to put it nicely. Danielle went above and beyond her job duties to help me get an adjuster to the shop, answered questions for me when the insurance company would not, and always had time to talk to me, or would call me back to keep me updated every step of the way. My insurance company made this a frustrating process, but Danielle’s expertise was the only saving grace I had through the whole process, as she was the only person who seemingly wanted to help and make sure I had the information I needed or requested. This was above and beyond, as every question I had should have been answered my my insurance/claims agent. Danielle was more efficient and helpful at 2 jobs (hers and theirs) than the claims agent was with one job. She was always friendly, genuinely concerned with helping/answering questions, and wanting to make this process as smooth as possible. I would recommend anyone take their car to Higgins in West Valley because of the care the staff shows for your repair, which is evident from the first conversation you have with Danielle or the front desk staff. Please share this message with her, and know that you have a fantastic teammate in Danielle at Higgins of West Valley.

There is a gap differential between the left and right sides from body to bumper. Headlights may not be aligned the same also. I'll get on google and give you guys a good review.

Higgins did an AMAZING job on my wife's SUV body repair. Matt Zimmerman and Patricia went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the body repairs. Honestly, the body work came back better than we expected. They were very responsive and OVERCOMMUNICATED everything! I would for sure use these guys again for any future body we may need!

Specifically requested the creaking drivers front suspension get looked at since I had had it fixed 3 months before the accident, and it came back immediately after my accident. But since we couldn't even attempt to get insurance to cover the white paint chip from the white car that hit me, that didn't get looked at either I guess. The paint job looks great otherwise though and I appreciated the communication about pick up time.

I've already explained why I wasn't 100 percent happy, more like 80 percent happy. Please read my previous statements from my last questionnaire you sent me. Now please stop sending me stuff as I have already had my car for over 2 weeks now. Thank you.
