The ladies at the front desks were wonderful. Super nice and super helpful. The "certified north american bmw mechanic" not so much. My car sat for almost 3 weeks before it was looked at. I was told I wasnt allowed to come get my car as well when I wanted to come get my car and take it elsewhere to get fixed. My car was very much drivable when it was brought in and now it left in pieces. Never in my life did I think I would have these issues with Voss. Its honestly sad and I have to say I will never bring a vehicle back to Voss.
