I replied with my feedback. First I wasn't contacted when my vehicle was to be completed. It was a day later than it was supposed too be. I called on Saturday and found out you were closed. I didn't know because I wasn't called to let me know it was completed. I left a message with the after hours service. John called me and agreed to leave it outside for me to pick it up. I walked there from my house in Apple Valley and found the mirror wasn't addressed. I have been in the automotive industry for 33 years. I am a level 2 master tech. I took a 6 week auto body class 35 years ago and seen the mirror was scratched and had paint transfer from the other car. Why is it that you have an estimator, body tech(who would have transferred the mirror when the door was replaced) and a detail person not catch it? Please call me and explain how this happens.
