My vehicle was returned to me without re-calibrating the side view mirror camera system. This put me in the inconvenient position of having to return the vehicle to the shop so that the work could be completed. After the vehicle was returned to me for the second time, I then discovered the driver side window would no longer automatically open or close at a single press of the button. I was advised to return the vehicle to the shop yet again. Yet again I was inconvenienced so that work could be performed that was initially overlooked. Upon returning to the shop it was discovered that the window reset procedure was something that could have easily been conveyed over the phone. I was unnecessarily inconvenienced yet again.

We were given frequent updates on the status but the updates were wrong and misleading messing up our plans. The repair took so long that our insurance did not cover the full rental period. The repair work itself was excellent and I have no complaints about that.
